The Fall Gathering

The 2025 Fall Gathering will take place between Thursday, October 30 through to Sunday, November 2!  

The location for 2025 is Camp Lakamaga, in Marine-on-St-Croix, MN – just 40 miles north ofthe heart of the Twin Cities.

Details on the 2025 Gathering

Your Fall Gathering registration includes lodging and meals from the evening of Thursday, October 30 through to the morning of Sunday, November 2.  Presentation and workshop offerings will be held on Friday, October 31 and Saturday, November 1, with the detailed schedule to be released in September.

** You must have a valid membership with NAVC to register for the Fall Gathering.  The registration link will include a prompt to renew your membership. You do not need to do this twice. **

This year, we are once again offering an Early Bird rate if you register and pay by September 15, 2025

  • Registrations received by September 15, 2025 - $150USD per person + membership

  • Registrations received between Sept 15 – Oct 15 - $175USD per person + membership

  • We have space available for 110 participants this year

  • Memberships are available for renewal through registration at $10 for individuals and $12 for families.

The Board is pleased to offer a DISCOUNTED RATE for students (age 15+) of $50, plus a complimentary membership in the NAVC – please email navcclerk@navoyageur.org for details on how to access this student rate.  Please note any minors between 15 – 17 years of age must have a legal guardian in attendance.
